Advantage
Machine learning and mobile app case study for turning predictive logic into an understandable user-facing experience.
01
Overview
Advantage combines machine learning thinking with mobile product design.
02
Challenge
Machine learning output can easily feel opaque when it is dropped into a product without explanation.
03
Outcome
The result is a cross-domain project that shows how ML work becomes stronger when paired with product explanation, mobile hierarchy, and human-centered interaction.
Project background
Why this project exists
Advantage combines machine learning and mobile app thinking into a product case study. The project explores how prediction or recommendation logic can become useful only when the mobile experience explains the result clearly.
The background problem is the gap between model output and user trust. A machine learning feature should help users make a better decision, not simply display a score without context.
Build notes
How it was shaped
Framed the ML feature around user decisions rather than model novelty.
Designed mobile screens that make scores, recommendations, or signals easier to interpret.
Used the case study to connect technical possibility with product trust and UX clarity.
